Celebrity Cruises - A Taste of Modern Luxury
February 05 - 2013 A taste of Modern Luxury
Later this month, on Saturday, February 23, 2013, Celebrity Cruises will be presenting A Taste of Modern Luxury with James Beard featured chef, Chef John Suley and Junior Merino aka The Liquid Chef aboard the award-winning Celebrity Reflection in the Port of Miami.
This is an unique opportunity to taste the new cuisine highlights aboard Celebrity Cruises cruise ships.
Known as “The Liquid Chef”, Junior Merino, will showcase techniques used at The Molecular Bar such as liquid nitrogen, foams, airs, flavor building and spherification. These unique concoctions -- some flowery, some spicy—are paired with delectable small plates from Celebrity’s onboard specialty restaurants, created by Celebrity's James Beard-featured director of culinary operations, Chef John Suley.
If you happen to be in Miami, this is the perfect chance to see for yourself why Celebrity was the first in the cruise industry to cook dinner at the prestigious James Beard House and to launch the first land-based pop-up restaurant, last year.
