Features of all vessels include the most spacious cabins with French balconies which consist of a sliding door and railing, plush bedding with down duvets, flat-screen TVs, Infotainment system with complimentary internet access, fluffy terry bathrobes and slippers, spa-quality bath amenities and marble-appointed bathrooms. Each vessel offers complimentary Wi-Fi in the public lounges, complimentary specialty coffees and free-flowing complimentary wine at dinner.The entertainment offered on board concentrates on local customs and culture with performances by professional European performers, an orchestral group, and even the crew who offer a fun and entertaining crew talent show and fun filled trivia night.
The ships also include a fitness center, beauty salon, whirlpool, walking track on the Sun Deck and a fleet of bicycles for passenger use. Each AMA Waterways cruise is accompanied by an elite cruise director, and expert local guides conduct complimentary city tours at each destination.
Wine, beer and sodas are included with each open-seating dinner, which usually features regional cuisine with special local selections. And starting in 2013, AmaWaterways offers complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks with dinner and lunch on its European fleet (except for the AmaVida and AmaKatarina)
One single and upfront price covers the cost of the stateroom, all meals, entertainment onboard and professionally guided excursions. Some packages even include hotel accommodations before or after the cruise.
Every ship, except for the sun deck, is non-smoking.
